In one of the earliest settled communities of Arkansas and the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, this farm was established in 1898 by our great-great grandfather, a Civil War veteran, and is the old homeplace for the Toney clan of Randolph County. Our historic community includes two of the oldest structures in the state, dating to 1828 and 1833. Ask us about visiting these sites if you're interested. In the last decade, we've welcomed a large population of Amish Mennonites who've settled here. If you come to see us, you must visit the nearby Mennonite country store.
We work hard, love the Lord, and are very thankful to be Americans.
The smallest goat breed in the world, the Nigerian Dwarf is classified as a dairy goat. These goats are smart, funny, and make wonderful pets. Every member of our herd is ADGA registered, and several also registered with AGS and NDGA. We often take one or more of our goats to visit the local schools and wellness facilities. There's just something about a friendly, little goat that makes a person smile, and sometimes even heals an aching heart. All our goats are disbudded, CDT vaccinated and wormed seasonally as needed. Our herd tested negative for CL, CAE, and Johne's Disease in the fall of 2018. We do occasionally have goats for sale. See our Goats for Sale page if you're looking to purchase one of our goats.
